- Navigate to https://www.steponefoods.com/account/login
- You can also select "Account" from the upper right-hand side of the Step One website
- Enter your email and password and select the login button
Password Reset:
- If you need to reset your password, you can click the "Forgot Your Password" link. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
- Our customer support team can also send you a password reset link.
No Account Found:
- If you try and log in and are receiving a notification that you do not have an account, you may have to register and create a new account.
- As long as you use the same email associated with your orders, all of your order history and information will be automatically connected to your account.
