Reactivate a ProductUpdated a month ago

Use this option if you would like to add a product to your order that you have previously cancelled. 

  1. Log into your account and navigate to "Manage Your Subscription"
  2. Select the "Subscriptions" options from the navigation bar. 
  3. Scroll to your "Inactive Products" section and select the product you would like to reactivate. 
  4. Select the "Re-activate" button and confirm. 
  5. Once the product has been re-activated, make sure to update the next order date to match the date of the rest of the products in your order.
  6. If needed, update the frequency of the product. 
  7. Once the date and/or frequency has been updated, go to the "Upcoming Orders" tab on the navigation bar to confirm that your products are all set to ship on the same date.
