Switch from a Subscription Order to a Build-A-Bundle OrderUpdated 17 days ago
Our customer support team is happy to manage any subscription edits or requests, including switching your subscription to a Bundle! Simply reach out with your request and we can take care of everything for you!
If you would like to switch to a Bundle yourself, follow the steps below! Please note, that creating a Bundle will require you to proceed through checkout. We recommend making the switch to a Bundle near the date that you would like your order to process and ship.
- Navigate to the Bundle Builder page.
- Select the frequency you'd like to receive your order.
- Select the products that you'd like in your Bundle. Bundles require at least 4 boxes.
- Once you have selected the products for your Bundle, click the "add to cart" button at the bottom of the page.
- Make sure to log in to your account (near the email box on the left hand side of the page) and then proceed through the checkout page as normal.
- You'll notice a discount code is applied to your cart- that is to ensure the additional Bundle discount is added to your order. Do not remove this discount code or apply any other discount codes. Bundle orders cannot have additional discounts applied.
- After you submit your order, payment will be taken and a new order will be immediately created.
- Ensure that you delete your previous non-bundled subscription products. Log into your account.
- You'll see both your Build-A-Bundle product and your other subscription products.
- Select the "edit" button in the bottom right corner of the non-bundled products.
- Select "remove" and then "remove from subscription". Repeat for any additional products until only your Build-A-Bundle remains.
