To Pause Your Plan

If you need to place your Plan on pause for a few months, you can do that here!

1. Log into your account and you'll see your 'Active Subscriptions'
2. Select 'View Details' on the Active Subscription that you would like to pause.
3. Scroll to the bottom where you will see the option to Pause Subscription; select it
4. In the side-bar that appears on the right, elect the length of time you wish to pause your Plan, or click 'Custom' and choose your next order date
5. Click 'Confirm'

To Cancel Your Plan

1. Log into your account and
2. you'll see your 'Active Subscriptions'
3. Select 'View Details' on the Active Subscription that you would like to pause.
4. Scroll to the bottom where you will see the option to Cancel Subscription; select it
5. In the side-bar that appears on the right, select a reason for cancelling (this helps us create a better program for you!), and click proceed
6. You will then have an option to swap for a different product; if you prefer to cancel your Plan instead, click 'I still want to cancel my subscription'
7. Please add any last feedback you have, and then select 'Cancel Subscription' 
8. Repeat this process for all active subscriptions in your plan.
