Reactivate or Resume a SubscriptionUpdated 6 months ago

Use this option if you would like to reactivate a Subscription that you have previously cancelled or paused. 

  1. Log into your account and scroll to your "Inactive/Paused Products" section 
  2. Select 'View details' on the subscription you would like to reactivate or resume 
  3. Select the 'Reactivate' or 'Resume' button on the upper right hand side and then 'Confirm' 
  4. Once the product has been re-activated, make sure the next order date is set to what you want
